"My Hands in Your Wonderland," a musical adaptation to John Mayer's "Your Body is a Wonderland"

We got the afternoon
You got this dune for two
One thing I’ve left to do
Discover me
Discovering you

One mile to every inch
your sand like porcelain
One pair of mountain tips and
A settling sun

‘Cause if you want love
We’ll make it
Stare at your deep sea
And paint it
I’ll take all my big plans
And break em’
This is bound to be a while

Your mountains are a wonderland
You mountains are a wonder (I’ll use my hands)
Your mountains are a wonderland

Something ‘bout the way your light falls in to place
I love the shape you take when I lay down my yellow base
You tell me where to go and
Though I might leave to find it
I’ll never sketch in pen, like other men
I’ll let your color guide it

You want love?
We’ll make it
Stare in your deep sea
And paint it
I’ll take all my big plans
And break em’
This is bound to be a while

Your canyons are a wonderland
Your canyons are a wonder (I’ll use my hands)
Your forests are a wonderland
Your forests are a wonder (I’ll use my hands)

Your land is a wonderland
My hands in your wonderland
